Personal Training is different for everyone. Nobody will have the exact same session as you because every client is an individual with individual needs. Every client's goals are different, so no two programs are ever the same.
When can I expect to see results?
Bottom line: results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, and nutritional quality.
